Buy it now auctions Ltd is a trade auction vehicle sales centre that deals with the storage and distribution of a wide range of commercial and road vehicles. All vehicles are advertised at prices that appeal to the trade and are on trade terms with no warranty or guarantee.

Following Covid Auctions changed forever the way you could buy a vehicle from them. No more viewing, touching, or hearing the car running through the sale, only a few photos and a simple engineers report!! 

This inspired us to find a better way for you to buy at Auction prices but still get to inspect the vehicle, take it a drive, have the RAC or AA inspect it without the pressures of a salesman standing over you. Our site allows you as much time as required with no pressure to purchase a vehicle at up to 45% discount compared to a retail car. Watch our prices daily and once a buyer see's the vehicle at a price they feel they'd like to purchase at, they can pay the fixed price (plus fees) that they see on the screen.

This is seen by many as an extremely fair way of trading for both the buyer and the seller. It's transparent and reasonable and there is no pressure from either side.

All vehicle must be viewed by the buyer or somebody representing the buyer before we can accept payment. 

We have a clear Red/Blue/Green system within our site so you can easily separate each type of vehicle:

• Red is a non-runner
• Blue is an unprepared, unwarranted vehicle
• Green is a fully prepared, fully warranted vehicle which is only available to buy through our parent company SVS Ltd (located at the same site) We also offer extended warranty options on these vehicles.

• All of our vehicles are. HPI checked to verify two important potential implications on the history of a vehicle. Firstly, if a vehicle has any outstanding finance and secondly if the vehicle is subject to a previous insurance loss such as category S. Any vehicles with outstanding finance will be cleared by us. Also, any vehicle's showing as previously categorised will be explicitly declared at the point of sale.
• If a vehicle starts and drives, we will advertise it as "starts and drives"
• Fixed prices. The price you see in the advert is the price you pay.

 At Buy It Now Auctions  all of our vehicles are un-prepared and un-warranted so we support any kind of inspections, if you're unsure about buying a vehicle on trade terms then we would encourage you to bring a mechanic or a friend along with you, who has competent knowledge on vehicle mechanics. There is no time restriction with vehicle inspections, simply just ask our key handler to pass you the keys for the chosen vehicle and take your time inspecting the vehicle and all its paperwork.

Deposit – We require a £500 deposit to hold the car /take it off auction, this holds the vehicle for you for 5 working days, payment must be made by the 5th day..

We allow test drives.

At Buy It Now Auctions we allow test drives providing you are insured to drive the vehicle yourself, those who are uninsured won't be able to drive one of our vehicles on the road.
Low Fees

We pride ourselves on having built in Buyers Fees, unlike all other Auctions who like to charge extra on top of the sale price we roll it all in, your invoice price will show a buyers fee but this is taken off the sale price .

All types of vehicles

On our site you will mainly find cars but don't be surprised by the site of the odd truck, camper van, motorhome, tractor, van, lorry or old classic and even scrap vehicle's. Our turnover of vehicles ranges across all chassis types.

Summary

As the buyer of one of our vehicles you are committing yourself to a trade sale meaning you are buying a vehicle on the terms and you have adequate knowledge for purchasing a vehicle for the car trade, you do not need to be a member of Buy It Now Auctions in order to buy from us but we do like to stress that all vehicles must be bought based on your own opinion. We make every effort to make it stress free for you to inspect our vehicles so please use this opportunity wisely. We try to keep our adverts factual and un-opinionated, words such as 'good condition' or 'nice bodywork' will not be seen in our advertising. Our staff are advised not to be for or against a sale meaning they won't encourage or discourage you to buy from our us.

All opinions of a vehicle must be made by the buyer themselves, if you call our office and ask for an opinion of a vehicle you will be asked to visit our site in Newmains and view each vehicle yourself. Our office will not give any opinion-based descriptions over the phone so please do not be disappointed when they don't describe the condition over the phone. We will usually upload multiple photos of each vehicle advert. As all vehicles are used, we encourage that you visit our site to make any judgement on the condition of the vehicle for yourself. Strictly no sales can take place without a buyer (or their representative) physically viewing the vehicle.

Upon arrival to our site, simply quote the reg of the car that you'd like to view and one of our office staff will provide you with the key set for that vehicle.

**Small Print and Further Information**

All Vehicles are strictly sold under auction terms; sold exactly as they would be at any other vehicle auction. This applies to every vehicle on our site. The sales invoice will show further information regarding the terms of sale.

Every buyer will be asked to read and sign a Trade Sale Invoice Agreement upon each purchase.

We do not guarantee the mileage on any of our vehicles. An odometer reading will be taken on the day of sale but the buyer will be expected to undertake all of their own mileage/history checks.

Viewing of vehicles is available at any point during our opening hours, all vehicles can also be purchased within these hours of operation.

In an event that there are multiple buyers at one time on a single vehicle then we shall offer the sale to the highest paying buyer.

We cannot explain or describe vehicles over the phone so please do not call asking for descriptions of vehicles or details of service history/paperwork. All opinions should be made by the buyer themselves upon viewing the vehicle at

All vehicles MUST be viewed in order to purchase.
We do not hold any paperwork for the vehicles, if there is any paperwork for a vehicle it will be included with the sale.
